La Quinta is a peaceful residential region centered around the La Quinta Golf and Country Club. It is located to the northwest of Nueva Andalucía, within close proximity to Puerto Banus, San Pedro Alcántara, and the beach.

The foundation of La Quinta traces back to the late 1980s when Tomás Pascual, the founder of Corporación Pascual, acquired land to develop a golf course in Marbella. This initiated various real estate projects in the region. By 1992, after collaborating with Inmobiliaria Bilbao, La Quinta Real Estate Group was established to oversee the development of the area. To date, the company has developed over 1,000 homes across more than 160 hectares. The addition of Real de la Quinta, covering 200 hectares to the north and northeast, includes new residential and leisure projects. 

La Quinta is characterized by its private villas, high-quality apartments, and some of Marbella’s finest townhouses, offering a blend of exclusivity and comfort
