The Villa

A fresh contrast to the exterior is the contemporary, elegant and fresh interior. The Villa boasts tall ceilings that go from 3m to 5m, breathing light, freshness and good vibes. Comfort awaits in every corner as the Villa was built with the owner’s personal needs in mind (as opposed to many of Marbella’s soulless impersonal projects). The difference resides in the details and the attention to the small matters and details, that make this Villa a practical and functional home using the most lavish materials, that go from the hardwood floors, the opulent kitchen granite and the bespoke cabinetry. The interiors of the villa, with their soft rounded corners and light colors, reflect the calmness you are searching for. Our ensuite bedrooms at this lovely beach house are comfortable, private, practical and relaxing. There are four ensuite bedrooms in the villa. Master suite seats on the ground level for added comfort making it superb and functional. All suites are fitted with lush large beds so you can rest and recharge for the next journey to come. The three main bedroom suites have air conditioning or radiating flooring, wooden flooring and bespoke cabinetry. The forth bedroom suite seats on the basement of the Villa. It is flooded with natural light through the windows and enjoys 3m ceilings. Its temperature runs more evenly around the year making it nice and cool during the summer months. This bedroom consists of a 180x200cm Vispring Bed and a bunk bed, making it the ideal room for various uses such as kid´s room, small infant and their nanny, employees, etc. All bedroom suites boast ceiling fans for those who find sleeping with the AC harsh on their system. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers that boast big shower heads and shower bidets.

The villa benefits of over 500sqm of outdoor space. Creating the finest combination between soft and natural colors, round corners and classic Andalucian architecture with the natural sandy flooring shades in addition with the green tropical tones of the landscape.
