Living areas
This luxury villa enjoys a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a real working fireplace below a NeoQLED Samsung TV and Denon soundbar. The dining table seats 12 comfortably and the modern black & white kitchen has 2 fridges with an ice maker, 2 dishwashers, a wine fridge and plenty of storage.

There is a gym with a rowing machine, static bike, a kettle bell, free weights, bench and yoga mats. The cinema room has a large Samsung NeoQLED TV with soundbar, comfortable seating a football table.

There is a large main terrace and garden area with a heated swimming pool – 9 x 5 (1.3 max depth). Pool heating is not included in the rent (see fees in the corresponding tab).

A large built-in BBQ with grills and Teppanyaki plate sits near the large covered al-fresco dining table with chairs for 12 and a there’s also a large corner outdoor sofa and chairs for chilling. In addition there is a large roof top terrace with relaxing seating for sundowners.

There is a double garage and ample driveway for additional cars and a ping pong table.

The entire villa is for your own use, there is also a large garden all set within a 1320 m2 plot.
