This modern Villa is ideally situated in Nueva Andalucia with a wonderful outside area for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family. Unwind on the terrace and sun loungers by the pool or in the jacuzzi, enjoy a BBQ at the outdoor kitchen with a view of the famous 'La Concha' mountain, walk to the local bars and restaurants for an enjoyable evening out.

The main entrance opens onto an interior patio built around a 400 year old olive tree. Continue straight on and you will have a magnificent view of the pool, gardens and 'La Concha' through the floor to ceiling windows.

This two-level Spanish style villa comprises 5 good sized bedrooms, all ensuite, and sleeps up to 12 comfortably. All rooms have doubles, with one family room which can sleep up to four. The rooms are well spaced to allow for maximum privacy. The master bedroom is up the stairs with a walk-in wardrobe, double shower room and bath - and has views overlooking the pool and the area's famous mountain 'La Concha'.

The dining area overlooks the downstairs reception, and has a utilities room with a washing machine and dryer.

The downstairs area consists of a lounge with a comfortable seating area with a large flat screen TV including IPTV in both the main living room and master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

You may find you prepare all your meals in the outdoor kitchen which is equipped with everything you could need - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and of course the indispensable ice machine. Grill your food on the top of the range BBQ and dine at the large dining table overlooking the pool.

The swimming pool is a very good size allowing for a proper swim and is surrounded by palm trees. The pool has a saltwater filtration system installed which has many benefits such as the water feeling smoother and fresher. The chlorine generated is a pure form that's delivered in a controlled way to prevent the irritating byproducts, chloramines, that leaves your eyes red and hair brittle. Also, don't worry the water has 7 times less the content than the sea and is more akin to swimming in fresh water with no harshness or burning on the skin.

After your meal outside, retire to the terrace or jacuzzi to watch the sun set over La Concha. Have fun with a game of ping pong on the outdoor ping pong table. And at night enjoy the tastefully lit garden and pool area.
